  1. All HMF rules apply.
  2. Trick-Or-Treaters may host contests here, but only Halloween Rulers/Candy Givers may host "Post-the-most" contests or contests of that sort.
  3. No contest may be longer than one week.
  4. All prizes must be clearly stated when the contest is posted.
  5. No innapropriate contests.
  6. The only prizes that may be given for these contests are Webkinz items/foods and Chicken Smoothie pets/items.
  7. No Webkinz item or Chicken Smoothie pet giveaways may be hosted here - use the Giveaways section.
  8. Have fun at all times! Very Happy
